HOW YOU CAN GET WARRANTY SERVICE

To obtain service on your product, you must deliver or ship it prepaid to any authorized GHT Sounds service centre. Whenever warranty service is required, the original dated invoice must be presented as proof of warranty coverage and should be included in any shipment of the product. Please also include in your package, Contact name, Company, Address and a description of the problem. For the name of the nearest GS authorized service centre, please call 1(800) 937-8167 for warranty support or write to admin@gssounds.ca .

Shipping Policy

Any item with “FREE Shipping” messaging on the product detail page, that is to be fulfilled and shipped by GHT Sounds, is eligible and contributes to your free shipping order minimum, excluding taxes, gift-wrap, Gift Cards, Oversize and or heavy items.

Cancelling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed or preference might affect your orders free shipping eligibility.

The order may be shipping to Remoted Location. Remote Locations are not eligible for FREE shipping.

Remoted Locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.

Examples:

. Towns far from a shipping hub.

. Towns that are not frequently served by shipper.

. Canada Post Air Stage Locations (where mail must be airlifted at certain times of the year)

Only Standard shipping is available when the shipping address is a remote location, otherwise allow an additional 10 days for delivery to these locations.
