Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

Our return policy limits to 30 days. Any purchase exceeds 30 days may not be qualified for any refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

To be eligible for exchange, you must show manufacturer defectiveness or reason which an item received is not functional.

To complete your return:

-We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

-Please contact GHT Sounds Inc. at 1(800) 937-8167 or email to info@gssounds.ca.

- You will be assigned a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for your return product.

-Please DO NOT return your product without RMA number given otherwise unable to monitor refund.

Refunds (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and will also approve or reject of your refund.

Your refund will be processed immediately after approval and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.

Late or Missing refunds (If applicable)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your bank and or contact your credit card company. It may take some time for a refund to reach officially posted by the bank, and sometimes it may take longer than you expected. You may also contact info@gssounds.ca to obtain a proof of refund.

Sales Items (If applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Any items on discounted price is not subject to refund nor exchange.
